Hey- I'm looking for a travel partner to hitch around Mexico, hopefully further (I'd like to make it to South America, but that may have to be in travel partner increments). The plan is very open...I basically just want to work on my Spanish, explore the country/culture, spend some time in Chiapas, and have many beautiful and amazing adventures. I have a WWOOF Mex membership, in case we want a break from traveling for a bit/free room and board. I'm looking to do this as cheaply as possible, so mostly hitching (unless we feel unsafe/stuck), sleeping outside whenever possible, etc. I want to leave in early-mid February (I'm currently in the bay area, California). I'm 20, female, don't really care about your stats, as long as you're a good person up for a beautiful trip. Please don't e-mail me if you're looking for an amorous travel partner, that's not what this is about. You can drop me a line at rowan (at) riseup (dot) net.
I'm 26, female, I've got the same travel goals as you. I'm looking to leave closer to March, but depending on how well quitting my job and subletting my apartment goes, I could leave earlier. What's your email address?
I wouldn't mind leaving early March if necessary- there's something in Montana I've been meaning to check out for a week or two anyway. My e-mail's rowan (at) riseup (dot) net. Where are you living right now?
