how do i get them toned without bulking them up?? theyre are the bain of my life, theya re too chunky and i want them to be thin.....!!! any ideas? i dont know if i should concentrate on weights or cardio. thanks in advance
My thighs are the same dimensions as my waist. Both 26 inches. The only thing you can do is lose weight by burning more calories. I do a combination of both cardio (maybe no so much.. but lots and lots of walking and jogging up and down bleachers) and weight training. If you're a chick, you don't really have to worry about getting too muscular - broads just don't work like that, unless you're taking steroids. Your body type is your body type - I'm very pear shaped and I always will be, I'm just trying to work on getting some of the jiggle out of it. You can't expect to completely change your body shape; I'm not an athletic-type person and I never will be. You just gotta learn to deal with it.
