It'll numb your mouth and throat, but that's about it. It don't think it'd help with any serious bodily injuries/ailments, but a bump or two would probably kill a headache. Of course, it'll only hurt worse after the crash.
Yup, coke numbs the gums, nose and throat. I wouldn't recommend it as a painkiller, although if you indulge before you fight someone you can take a few punches to the face without really feeling anything, and chances are you'll win.
unless you're going to use it as a home dental painkiller- planning to pull a tooth out. Dentists used to actually use cocaine one upon a time.
i was told that coke didnt help with pain. i was in the hospital yesterday for my kidneys. and i have kidney stones and a sever infection. and if anybody has had either before they know if it ones of the most severe pains you could probably experience. the vics i got werent working, and wasn't sure how cocaine would make me feel with a fever / nausea / severe sharp pains in my side. but i got 2 grams. and after to gaggers, the pain in my side completely went away. and it actualyl took my fever away. i dont know if this happens with everyone, but it worked excellent as a pain killer for me give it a try, who knowsss.. am i the only one it has worked as a painkiller for? let me know.. peace and love~
It depends on the type of pain you wan't to relieve. Cocaine is a local anesthetic, meaning it blocks pain in the area it is directly applied to, it is used even nowadays in nasal surgery and to treat the pain of mouth ulcers, and was in the past also used in eye and throat surgery, to numb the area. So if you are trying to relieve the pain of a cut on your hand or a motuh ulcer it will work as good if not better than any other legal local anesthetic, but if you are trying to relieve the pain of a fractured ankle or a headache it will not be very effective. It may make the pain of a fractured leg more bearable because of the euphoric and stimulant properties but it will not actually relieve the pain.
