I just bought a 1971 BMW R75/5 with 76,000 miles on it, original paint job, shaft drive, all replaced parts were replaced with genuine bmw parts by a motorcycle mechanic who was also the owner, and rode it to and from the shop daily for about 20 years. I love it. I want to find a motorcycle club that's young people only, or at least authentic old roughians, none of these grumpy looking old men who think they're tough shit. Anybody know of any?
Shaft drive will save you the trouble to oil that chain all the time...
