Wishbone

    I used to love these books, I went through a LONG phase where all I would read was the series. Wishbone is the only reason I know anything about classical stories like the Odyssey and Beowulf. I gnagged my parents to get me a jack russel terrier, too...

    I never got one (and its probably for the best).

    I loved wishbone. thats what we'd wathced when we got home from school.... I still have my wishbone version of romeo and juliet.... that was the coolest shit.

    i read one of the books, but i liked the show better. i remember my favorites were the ones where the kids didn't want a krispy kreme and the one where wishbone was talking to the guy who said "your nose is rather large", saying all these other insults that the guy COULD have said. and the one where they're in the woods, swinging over this big hole, and there's a creepy guy wandering around. it was so long ago...

    i wish i could get it on dvd :).

    There was a show on tell called wishbone - i think its the same, where dog dresses up in clothes and does stuff lol

    yep it's the same

    actually, it's a show about some crazy normal family, and they have a dog who reads great literature and hallucinates himself as one of the characters :).

    That used to be my fav show and I'd still watch it if I could catch it on tv...
