Good afternoon folks

 

Dawns grey fingers a thing that haunts my tired eyes each morning. Can no longer sleep at night. Now I am suffering from insomnia tossing and turning without sieze thinking about credit and tearing up bills with my teeth.


Seriously, I have abandoned all hope. The bomb dropped and now my dreams are no more.

Recently got back pain. I think my spine has broke. It isn't nice feeling. Each time I move it hurts some more. Got som codaraymol to ease the pain but insisted to the doctor for some morphine. He said it wasnt that bad.


Slept last night and the night before. However took forty winks this morning from half eight to half nine and felt paralysed for a few seconds. Either I was still dreaming or I had awoken but back was in spasm? What a great morning it was. For once the sun shone and no breeze.

good morning at 5.25 am

 

My sleep has returned. I now sleep normally and get up each day for at least 05:30-06:00 I like turning on the tv and watching Abc1 or Cbeebies on occasions. But anyway it is induced by zoplicone sleeping pills. Unfortunately last night or at 1:17 I woke up and felt sick, I went to the loo and suddenly all the sick went over the floor. I had beef that evening and know that beef can be eaten rare. It could have been my co dyramol,high blood pressure tablets, back pain and the fact I am returning to high health again> Wasn't nice as I have been put off food all day.

Cycled from Lewisham to Queensway but my father failed to show up. Figures

Went back and am now on internet.
