Hey everyone! I hope i've posted this in the right section. I need a little help...i want to volunteer at a centre which helps people living with HIV/aids. I need to fill out an application form and i'm stuck on 2 questions so i was hoping you could give me a couple of ideas. Here are the questions... 1.What do you think you can contribute? 2.What do you hope to gain from being a volunteer? THANKS!
2. You can defenatly gain the AIDS. Seriously though... write what's close to heart... no one can answer this question for you... it's about you!
Its very unlikely you could get HIV/AIDS through volunteer work. You could give comfort to wounded, lost and maybe dying souls. You could perhaps help someone come back from the brink of desperation and fear. You might be able to help someone find a reason to get it together and go on about living a health worthwhile life. And for yourself you might find a dimension to your soul as yet appreciated. You might fall asleep at night knowing that in a world of problems you are a solution. Play around in your soul a while and see what you come up with and good luck with it.
It's very easy to get the AIDS if you are a vampire who is volunteering. These are difficult times for a vampire, yes indeed. It is still lovely that the original poster is volunteering though.
I didn't know there are forms to fill out for volunteering. I'm going to be helping out at a homeless shelter/soup kitchen soon, I can't wait. It's a really nice thing to do, helping people.
