Hi. If anyone is thinking of going to Spain to learn the language I can seriously recommend it. I did a 4 week course earlier this year and having learnt the language on my own for a while and not really got anywhere, it suddenly all clicked when I went to Spain. Its a totally stress free learning atmosphere at the school I went to (in Malaga) and of course the real learning took place in the streets, on the beach and in the tapas bars (free food in some!). Anyway, Ive just been sent a mail from the company I booked the course with - a €25 discount voucher if I decide to book another course. Its valid until the end of the year and is transferable - so if anyone wants it, let me know and I´ll send you the code. Even before the discount the prices were very reasonable anyway. If you want to take a look, the company is Estudia Espana (www.estudia-espana.com) Hasta luego!
I also have just been to a language school in Spain, and highly recomend it. The language school i went to was based in Cádiz which is the oldest continualy inhabited city in Europe, since 1100 BC, so naturaly the city had heaps of culture and a really different vibe to the city, especial since Africa is just accross the water. Also theres no better way to learn a language than being completely submersed in it, I took spanish at university and got a some skill in it, but it wasnt untill i was talking it in the streets and everything that it realy clicked and stuck.
