nope, missed it.... someone's been mod'ing in my forum! Stop! wish I caught it though.... better pay more attention...
it was a spammer, totaly ruined my thread grrrrrrrrr!!!! thanks knittin chick havnt seen any of your stuff lately?
awesome! I love the purple and green one! I'm trying like hell to find a pattern for one just like that, and I'm having a really tough time!
I dont use a pattern, but its quite simple really, just crochet into a circle and keep going round and round increasig stitches as you go
Yeah, that was pretty much what I thought. there's a few things that are confusing me about that, though.....how many dcs do you begin with in the starting ring? That's really where my probelm is...after that don't you increase like every 2nd stitch, then every 3rd and then 4th, etc...until you have the size you like? and then do you make a round without increasing, or no...? lol, sorry for all the questions! I also don't know when to stop decreasing!
sounds about right once you reach the size you like, keep the same amount of stitches for about 2 or 3 rows, then start decreasing, leave a row the same, dreacrese some more till you get to a good size to put round ya head
thanks! I made one last night from a beret pattern, and it turned out really funky....and not a good funky.... I'm going to try the basic dc method!
