One great collection of books are the His Dark Materials trilogy by Phillip Pullman. These are one of the best fiction books I have ever read
The first two rocked. I think Pullman killed Lyra and Will's relationship with the "China" chapter in the third one though. But they still beat Harry Potter any day! btw, i don't exactly think that porn in your sig is a good idea.
It beats Harry Potter coz hes just a frekin geek that has a defective scar on his head whereas His Dark Materials is much different it has lots of twists and turns but somethings u do expect and that makes it better
finally some people who see it the same way as i do. these books so kick harry potter's ass! hah i read them a couple years ago and i was addicted to them they are so good!
i think anything could kick harry's ass.... sorry...inbuilt grudge since the film was relased around the same time as lotr....i don't have issues....seriously.. whats the general outline of the books i might try and see what they're like for myself....... i hope the above aren't huge spoliers aww well ....i would still read them if they are worth the read. so can anyone give me a clue as to the story? be much appreciated
