iv never smoked Salvia befor but im going to on friday i just wanted to know if it would be ok to do it evan though i take 2 20mg Adderall xr pills a day in the morning. i have smoked plenty of weed and previously took concerta if that helps could some one help me out......? thanks
Hey man, That sounds like a lot of Addy. I only use it experimentally with other drugs and in trying to alter my sleep cycles. You prolly have a tolerance too. Psychologically you should try not to go off meds before a trip like salvia but biologically... well its a different story. I know it sounds lame but its best to be safe and take a small dose when mixing these. You should do that anyway considering this is your first time. You can always take another hit if you feel allright but its hard to take one out. He also included cannabis and I know from experience cannabis and adderall can make me very lightheaded upon standing and makes my heartrate ride a rollercoaster.
