One Of The Funniest Things I've Ever Heard

I was talking to my g/f Nicole one day a few years back. She gets a call, puts me on hold, and then comes back and says she has to run an errand and she'll call me back in about 15 minutes.
So she calls back and I asked her what was up.
She said her girlfriend called her up and said she got her period and was broke and would Nicole bring her some tampons, so she did.
I aksed Nicole what her friend had been using until she got there and Nicole said "a piece of wood."
I don't know why exactly but I laughed for about 10 minutes.

 

uh alright.
that sounds a little... uncomfortable.
that is quite humorous though, i wonder where one gets that idea.
