So my friend picks up 2 grams to sell cause hes very poor and needs to scrap together money. So i said ill drive him around. We get the grams and then start driving around calling people. we find someone to buy both and they meet us at this empty parking lot. they come, pay us and get it then leave. two minutes after they leave were still sitting there trying to think of something to do and a cop pulls up.. We had this homemade water bong in my backseat that was pretty big and we just smoked out of it 2 hours ago. I tried to hide it but the cop saw and was like what are you trying to hide?? i just handed him the piece and was like its my friends. So he talks for a bit, searches us, searches my entire car then finally comes up to us and is like well we have two choices: either we call your parents and give you a fine for this piece, or we break it. Im like alright lets break it. So the cop puts the piece under my car and tells me to drive over it lol.. So i do and it doesnt break cause its plastic. So hes like alright well you guys throw this away.. and gives it back! Then hes like if you guys want to be cheech and chong you can blaze your brains out at home but dont be driving or youll get a DUI. The funny thing is, my ipod was playing through my speakers on my car the whole entire time and it just had a loop of i got high and colt 45 by afroman hahaha.
Sounds like a cool cop. A dick head would've charged you for paraphernalia, and probably would've tried to charge possession for the residue. That's funny about the whole Afroman thing though, haha
Haha... that's hilarious. That's like this weekend when we were almost charged with trespassing (my friends and I go off roading). There's a pit in my county where people (used to be) allowed to hunt and go offroad, but now they're cracking down. All of us together had about two ounces, so three of us ran (we gave it to them to take to a friend's house who lived through the woods) and I stayed behind with my friend because we had our trucks. Anyway, my friend still had like a half on him and he had to park atop it with this truck, so the cop wouldn't find it... then he forgot about it and had to come back and get it. It was just sad.
