Legality of in Your Country

I realize that shroom legality is going extinct (UK in 2005, Holland illegalizing dried). If you happen to live in a country where magic mushroom cultivation or sale is legal, post here. I live in the most conservative developed nation on the planet (US), so fuck no.

Nah. US National law says cultivation is illegal, so matter what FL says, the DEA can kick your door in. Of course, owning syringes is legal...but as soon as you inject the contents onto a substrate medium, you are breaking the law in a big way.

 

o but if u have them picked fresh they r legal as long as there r isnt and intent to eat them

 

anyone know the exact laws of canada, i know possetion of dried is illegal
