Sony STR-DE698 Stereo Reciever Help!

I have a Sony reciever and I cannot for the life of me set up the back speakers. Well, not true. I can set them up and everything, but they dont work and the reciever will not turn them on even when you put it on surround.

Can someone help me? It used to play surround but someone was screwing around with the controls without knowing what they were doing.

Even if you can help me to return the settings to factory that would be a lot of help... Thanks.

Yeah thanks, I went to a live chat with a technician and he helped me.

For anyone who needs to know the same thing, here's the steps.

1. Turn the power off to the reciever.
2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until it says "press enter"
3. Press the enter button and then it will automatically reset.
