Anyone here familiar with Ayahuasca? Called the "Vine of Life" or Vine of Death" If done in the proper ceremony with a Shaman it can open spiritual doors and will leave your spirit surfing the Milky Way on the way to the Divine. Very revealing and introspective with a clear memory of all that you experienced. Opened some valuable doors for me.
Yeah it is a combintation of DMT and an MAOI. The MAOI makes DMT orally active and the trip lasts 3-4 hours, instead of the 10 minute DMT flash.
I hear a similar trip is induced by the RC "DPT". Much safer and more convenient, as you don't have to adhere to the MAOI diet.
I don't mind the dietary thing, its part of the ritual. If I ever get the chance I'd like to spend a few months in a Shamans camp and get completely cleared of all western diet residuals...come to the medicine clean so that it can do all it needs to, to take me where I need to go. Just my mindset on it but it works for me so thats good. Enjoy.
That isn't always true. It is the most common main ingredients but what is in Ayahuasca depends entirely on the person making it. Most ayahuasqueros add more then that. Its like in a cooking recipe, almost every chef uses a slightly different recipe, but some are very different. There is a long list of various plants that are also used and/or added.
Yeah I know. Some people add datura or brugmansia and other shit to enhance the effects, but most of the experience comes from the DMT and harmala/harmaline combo.
The different recipes that some ayahuasqueros use and almost all had other plants besides maoi and dmt containing plants, mostly things that I had never heard of, sometimes along with brugmansia, tobacco, etc. Often it doesn't contain any dmt containing plants. The term Ayahuasca really only refers to the vine, from there they can put in whatever else they want or feel like or not. In the Quechua language, "Aya" means spirit and "huasca" means vine. It is/was usually called the "Vine of the Soul" not life or death.
Vine of the Soul makes more sense to me. One guy I knew in the jungle told me the Life Or Death name. He said his Shaman used it to either look into life or sometimes to visit the dead. The guy said he had returned to his village after being gone for a few weeks and found that his grandfather had died. The Shaman did a ceremony to help him visit his dead grandfather and say good-bye. He also said the same Shaman would do ceremonies to help the hunters prepare for their hunts by looking into the future and advising them where to hunt...(Life)? At some point I would like to spend an extended time in a Shamans camp getting "cleansed" in prepartion for longer ceremonies, with more intensive work in them.
Wow, you know it seems like a lot of the great trips are associated with natural plants and so forth - acid is wonderful but I really need to delve into the realms of these plants. Would anyone know or be able to PM me with some good sites that sell seeds and/or live plants like datura, various harmala-harmaline containing plants and others that contain 5MeO-DMT and DMT? Preferrably perhaps a good question would be which ones have the highest content.
all i know it was hard to find a good preperation for the stuff but i did achieve proper knowledge. i like to take it intervals that way after each purge i take some more as oppossed to taking it all at once. the last trip i was abducted by aliens and was reborn. watching the age of aquarius coming into the now and being one with the great everything. i am satisfied. e
