Try asking him not to masturbate for a day before you get together with him. He'll be primed and ready when you touch him. Another idea is for you to masturbate in front of him, but don't let him touch himself as you do. When you finally do touch him...he'll likely explode.
Listen to dutch, good advice. I'll betcha he masturbated a couple of times within the hour before you got with him. He may not physically be able to last a day without. A couple of hours indicates some problems, especially with you there in person. In full sex, he'll tear you apart taking two hours. Watch carefully the way he masturbates himself, and copy it. Sometimes alcohol or drugs can retard orgasm, or the organ can become desensitized by too much stimulation.
