busted by the Drug control unit on a hot drug strip

shit i was 15 years old and i was comin out of my home in Dorchester, wen my cousin was posted on the corner where dope is sold , wen i notice a car with 2 white guys drive by i instantly new they where narcs wen they pulled over then one went for my cousin the other one looked at me then came sprinting at me grabed me off my Bike, he asked me first do u have any crack-cocaine i said no then he searhced me hard and found 2 grams of Dro in my front pocket, the otehr officer searhced my cousin who didnt have anything 2 be arrested. but i was arrested transported 2 a jail in Roxbury, for 7 hours then tranported 2 a youth authority facility until the next mornin i was brought 2 court the next day and charged for possesion of a class D. I alwasy tell my self never keep weeed in ur front pocket and i was not thinking that day but it can happen all the time LOL

 

can they really do that? come up and grab you off your bike for really no apparent reason, as I assume they had no idea you were related to your cousin and just search you like that?

They shouldnt have been able to cuz they had no probable cause to search you.

 

I think this dude is lieing, that is a huge infrindgement of the 4th, they could frisk you if they though you looked suspicious, but they wouldn't have gotten a thing from frisking you. Not to mention if they did have some kind of warrent that stated anyone within the general viscinity can be searched, weed is not ever close to crack so they wouldn't have been able to use it in court because it wasn't included in the warrant.
