i red up on erowid on this (benadryl) i have 3 tablets what will it do and how long? (erwoid didnt have much info)

 

when i tripped nut off benadryl + methadone, i believe i took 17 or so of benadrys. 30 minutes later i was seing shit that wasnt there, and hearing shit that wasnt spoken. Not to mention i was saying things that i had no controll over. Example, when i was fucked up on those, i played my cousin in madden, and it was 2nd down for him anf after he threw an incomplete pass i say "WHAT? WHY DIDNT YOU PUNT THAT". I said those words with absolutly no control, my cousin looked at me like i had 5 heads.

But ya, u need alot more to trip out. If you consume about 20...youll be seing shit, hearing shit, and saying shit that you dont mean to. Fun times..

 

I hear it's not fun and not to do it, don't listen to smokindude. I'm sure others will come in here and agree. However you don't have enough to "trip" anyway.

Seriously don't do it. It's not a high it's just insanity. You may hallucinate, etc., but it isn't mind opening. You'll just bug out and shit. This is what I hear at least. Wait until someone that knows exactly what they're talking about gets in here. But I think you should wait for more opinions than just smokindude.

It's delerium, not 'tripping'. Do not do this (espically if you live at home with your parents, it could get bad). It is not fun.

 

it says not to exceed 4 in 24 hours on the box because they dont WANT you to trip off their medicine.

as has been pointed out, it is in fact a delerious state rather than a psychedelic state. some people are bound to think its somehow fun, but the general consensus with most people is that it is extremely disorienting and unpleasant, that you don't realize whats an effect of the drug and what isnt...

its quite similar in effect, allegedly, to datura and other tropane-bearing plants. similarly it can be somewhat physically dangerous in high dosages, and people are prone to some severe accidents when using this stuff.

the reason this drug, even with its profound effects in high dosages, is still OTC is because its generally unpleasant when used at "recreational" levels. they dont need to control it because so few people ever want to take more than they should, and those that do RARELY repeat the experience.

take all three and you'll most likely just fall asleep for a while.

all of the above also holds true for dramamine. its a different drug than benedryl but they are very similar in almost every respect.

You might think so but 90% of people that try it don't seem to like it. So yes you shared your opinion but I was letting him know that's not the general opinion of the drug, making sure he didn't make a mistake based on what you told him.

for one, he hasnt managed to research very well, maybe hes not the type to look for integrity and 'mind opening' experiences.
