shagnasti. he rocks. anyway, i'm incredibly aggravated to say that i've gained at least ten pounds in the past two weeks without changing a single fucking thing about my goddam lifestyle. still exercising, still eating the same way. fucking bullshit. i'm envious of all you fuckers.

I'm curious as to how you could ever mistake 10lbs for 2 or 3 lbs. Can we get a picture of the scale? That just sounds incredibly rediculous.
Good question- I know it sounds ridiculous I have no way to take a picture of it but the scale has very tiny lines- when you are below 160 pounds it goes by intervals of ten with small lines... once you get above 160 it starts going by intervals of thirty showing (actual numbers) and then there are bold lines and tiny, small lines for everything in between. Then there are also some BIG bold numbers at certain points and that is what messed me up somehow. I didn't realize it was going by thirties in between posted numbers. Does that make sense? How I long for a digital scale *Sigh*
aww congrats anna that's awesome i really need to loose some weight too...mostly i want some abs..my genes don't really like abs though... i put on a shirt today and was surprised at how big my tits looked....i'd love it if i could get a smaller waist and keep the tits
Thanks My boobs grew too and at first I liked it but now I hate because they really hurt sometimes when I excercise and stuff. I never HAD to wear a bra until the past two years and they honestly annoy me a bit now. Oh, as I'm sure you know the best way to get better abs to is crunches or excercises like that but aerobic excercise... those jumping ones are great. I lost a pants size when I started doing excercises that work my whole lower body and I HAD been doing crunches well...always.
