What does it mean if you keep catching someone looking at you?

What if it was a person of the opposite sex?

 

it means they like looking at you.






which has multiple reasons, depending on the person. Sometimes they lust after you, sometimes they just think you're interesting, sometimes they're gossipping about you or thinking negative things. Sometimes they're just staring into space that you happen to be occupying.
