As far as pot goes, in Europe, Holland and Switzerland, outside of europe, Peru and Bangladesh, thier may be others, I'm not sure. Definately not Thailand or Japan (unless it's a very recent change in the law). Thailand have some of the strictest and most severe anti-drug laws in the world and execute people for cannabis trafficking.

I've been to both places. Thailand has bars set up on the beaches where they will blend fresh mushrooms into orange juice for you. Maybe not exactly legal, but they do it all over the place. This was about 4 years ago. Mushrooms are legal in Japan. You can score them fairly easily.

Well kidsmoke, like I said, I was t5alking purely about cannabis, magic mushrooms are legal in the vast majorities of countries/states. I don't know any specifics, so I presume your right about thailand and japan, as far as shrooms go.

Unfortunately all nations in the UN have, for the most part the same rules and laws associated with drugs, the punishments differ widely, as does how its handled, but most schedule 1 drugs in the US (I'm assuming your american), are also illegal in all UN countries. Some like BZP, khat ect are not yet illegal because there is no demand from them in those countries, but the UN have rules and if you want to be in thier club you have to follow them. So any drugs that are in the highest group of outlawed drugs in America are currently or will eventually be illegal throughout the UN. Why?, because America are the biggest fattest kid(nation) in the playground(UN) and what they say goes, or else. You will not find any developed nation in which "hard" drugs are legal. But I'm no expert on the subject and am open to being corrected.
