how could anyone not like this band????????

theyve been around since the mid 50s, and hell , even jimi hendrix played for them

    the best band ever created.

well as far as funk and soul is concerned. damn.

I don't know if I'd call them the best band ever created but I give them a thumbs up.

I find them to be rather boring in terms of listening to them for enjoyment. I'd rather listen to Sly or James Brown. I won't deny the influence they had, though.

The Isley Brothers are pioneers of soul, man!
So many artists have remade their songs, but have never come close.

gotta love some isleys - funky stuff! not as far out as george clinton, but you can see how they've influenced so many modern funksters today

"it's got a beat and i can dance to it" ;)

I been preaching the Isley Gospel in here for the longest, I Grew up with Brother Brother Brother, That lady and knew the tastes of women through For the Love of you, Footsteps in the dark and dont say goodnight.

If ya cant dig the isley bros, and ya cant feel the heat when the music hits, then your either dead or souless
