best place to store weed for a long period of time.

Yo. Im currently holdin my weed in the bags they came in...any suggstions of some good places that would "lock in the flavor"? I aint really lookin for good hiding spots cause my folx dont snoop around much so jus can sum1 tell me a good place to store it.

before you freeze it, make sure it is in a ziplock bag in an air tight sealed jar.

a jar that clamps, cork-like. if i have a small amount im carryin around, its usually in a prescription bottle. i use those or a wood box like willy said. i would guess a *tight* wood box with peels in it might store the best, though i never have used peels myself i hear they do nicely

 

Don't freeze weed, there's no need to. And don't use orange peels; that can cause mold.
Keep it in a close-sealing container, like tupperware, in a cool dark place (like a drawer or closet).
If you don't have tupperware, you can use something like an empty margerine tub, or the containers coffee comes in (with the plastic lid). Not as good but do-able.

The container should not only be air tight but should also be light tight. Air and light are the destroyers of THC. If I have weed I want to keep for awhile, I keep mine in a zip lock bag, put the date on the bag and then put into a light tight freezer container and freeze it. I dont keep it frozen for more than 6 months.

I do this when I have excess or run across a good strain that I would like to last for awhile. Peace.

 

i find that mason jars work very well with some type of citrus peel if its really dry, other wise just in a jar kept sealed

 

dude just smoke that shit & stop worryin about storing it. put the bags in your pocket then bust it out. puff puff... exhale
