Why do people smoke?

I smoke because I want to be like Lou Reed.

but yes, i smoke because it's habit... basically that's it.

 

smoking...hmm? I know a few people, well a camp guy who steals from tesco and a beautiful little girl, who love the smell of the smoke of a fag, but are well, too nice/too clean looking/not the right type/sensible to start smoking. they don't go on this website.

I've been smoking continuousily since I was 16. I learned to roll my cigarettes when I was in russia, or on my way, can't remember. I have a story about going to russia if anyones interested. I'll put it up in the next um day or week or something. I got a B for it so it might be fun. you know how to see my threads.

 

Why do people do any kind of mind altering substances? Tobacco has psychoactive compounds in it. Do I need to say more?
