So I dreamt I was at a high school graduation, only problem being that I never actually went to my high school graduation and in my dream this was known. It was like a graduation after graduation, I think I some how managed to go back to my public high school and graduate and all the kids a I grew up with where there (basically everyone I would've graduated with)..and there where old teachers and people I had never seen alike that went through the trouble of having this graduation for me (it was like a couple of days after the real thing, so alot of people had leftover food and brought it for the reception, and as I was walking into the ceremony seen all the food (it was in the same room.) and everyone was sitting indian style on the floor. The pastor had forgotten his tape and I being so forgetful forgot what I had to say when I went up and shook his hands. So as we where marching, the pastors tape went into a wedding march, and he was like "oops wrong one." so he went out and got the right tape and while he was gone I asked everyone what it was. And i had alot of trouble pronouncing some of the easiest words in the world. I mean i seriously felt like I had the vocabulary of a kindergartener. My grandma was there (the one I have a very big bond too) and I was covered in tattoos..so she was like "why do you have so many tattoos" and I was like "because I like them, I'm thinking off getting another one." and showed her my tattoo of a fairy with red hair and tattored clothing (a gothy fairy)..and showed her all my other tattoos..I had a sun on my chest where my scar from my birth mark is from. I had a wristlet with a grateful dead and something else on it. Had another tattoo of another fairy that was more "tasteful" on my leg opposite of my real tattoo, and then my real tattoo..I think she only liked the one that was opposite of my real tattoo, and the sun. I think I had more but I can't remember what they where. The only ones that stood out where the sun & grateful dead bears..then the preacher came back and they started recording the video with the lights all on and everyone sitting indian style. Quickly they turned them off and focused in on me and I went up and started speaking, then my alarm went off and I woke up..
I've had dreams like that. I didn't have a graduation either. I think it comes from relatives and friends telling us how dissapointed they were in not seing us participate. maybe a subconcious guilt thing or something.
Although I have to say some of the things you describe are a lot weirder than any of the dreams I've had along those lines.
