Well geeks, time to show your true colours. Who's got some good ole fashioned table top RP going on in their lives? I'm currently in a D&D. I'm really not that fond of the game but it's the only thing that we can seem to get people to play. Hoping to be in a Star Wars/Sith game (d20) soon. I need a sci-fi fix. So what are y'all playing right now?
I may have played Baulders Gate once or twice, but Im not THAT much of a geek! haha j/k  But seriously, I never even tried.
I don't know about playing RPGs on pen/paper, but I've been known to fuck some shit up on tic tac toe
yea I've been trying to play DND for a while but my friend's gay and he lost 50 pounds and we can't ever play these days.
Monday = Trying to get together a new game. Either Star Wars (D6), All Flesh Must Be Eaten or New World of Darkness (mortals). Alternate Monday Nights = Still have an invitation to a BattleTech game. Haven't gone because I spend this night with my fiencee. Unfortunatly she doesn't play. Wednesday Night = Exalted Sunday = Dungeons and Dragons Like I have said I have a fiencee but she works afternoons so I get to game. When she wasn't working I didn't game at all so I think I'm trying to make up for it. I've only been a gamer for about ten years.
for me it's been ages. tunnels and trolls for a quick pickup dungeon slash and hack. marrow project, several twisted d&d clones with dm's who had a little bit of real immagination, call of cthullu, oh and the origeonal steve jackson illuminatus, not exactly a roll play, where you had to cut appart the printed sheets to make the game pieces. never quite satisfied with what was done with settings though, and never could get anyone togather to play in mine. er em, that was like 25, almost 30 years ago or there abouts. yet to play jade claw/iron claw or any of the gurps based which do appear to have real possibilities. =^^= .../\...
I played a Star Wars game a few months ago and Vampire awhile back. I've never played D&D, although I'd like to. Anyone in the Chicago area interested in playing? If so, PM me.
I haven't played D&D with friends in years, but my parents got me and my brother into it in the first place and we still play as a family activity fairly often. My dad's an amazing DM (decades of experience will do that). I've been trying to facilitate the move to playing with online tools since I went to college, but I've basically failed and we only play when I happen to go home. Family game night is just so much more fun with D&D!
