i saw it a long time ago.. the movie looks like it was made in the 90's ands its a drama from what i remember. i only remeber one scene so here it goes.. it looks like its around the early 1900s possibly late 1890s..there is a old house, somewhere in the woods and its a sunny day but it looks like fall. some of the walls and ceiling sof the house are gone so all the leaves from the trees are scattered around the house. it looks like it was a stone house, maybe even bigger than a standard type house... possible and old manssion.... there are 3 characters... an old woman, a little girl and a little boy. the old lady looks like she is of upper class but for somreason she and the little girl live in the stone broken down house/manssion. by little girl and boy i mean they dont look older than 8 yrs old... i dont know where the boy lives but its not with them... but he is always around to play with the little girl. the old woman knows and doesnt mind. some sexual curiousity begins to build between the two children (yea its a sick film but the story behind it is very interesting - i only wish i could remeber what it was)... there is no nudity at all but there is a scene which was kind of strange which made me wonder that the story was about.. the little girl goes to drink from a water fountain in the house or in the yard (hard to tell cuz there are old maple tree leaves everwhere) and she cant reach comfortably so she needs to get on her toes to reach... as she is doing this the boy comes in out of nowhere and leans in and kisses her on the mouth innocently. she doesnt freek or anything but she just looks at him... next scene u see under the girls dress and the little boys hand is under touching her thru her panties!! wierd as helll... thats all i can remeber? has any one seen this movie? does anyone know what its called?
sounds kinda like 'great expectations' with ethan hawke and gwyneth paltrow. i seem to remember that freaky scene...
