    Reminds me of Devendra Banhart and Billie Holiday... with a little Kurt Cobain thrown in.

    i've never really listened to him.... :| he was a bit of a fad in my school last year, for all the underclass emo girls. which is sad, because i know he's much more than that. just kinda turned me off :eek:

    I always thought he was mildly attractive...Especially here:

    He always reminds me a little bit of Wilde, but I don't know why because he looks nothing like him. :rolleyes: It still makes me giddy like a schoolgirl. :D

    :D I had no idea he became an icon of emo. That's kinda sad (no pun intended), but not really. He's still the same Jeff Buckley I've listened to since the 90s, to me...

    He is probably my favorite... straight alt-rock musicians. He and Blind Melon really do it for me because they have the elements of both alt-country/rock, jam bands, and just... tragedy.

    If any of y'all ever get a chance, do check out Blind Melon's acoustic version of Change.
