Ayahuasca/Mushrooms - doses

My question is- how much does Ayahuasca tea (just the vine) potentiate a mushroom journey?

I know there are a lot of variables, but what is a good starting point?

Cut the mushroom dose to about 1/2 what's normally used?

 

I dunno about that, but what model bass is that in your picture? I have an Ibanez BTB 6-string.
