White coffee, a sandwich with cheese and tomato and a soft-boiled egg. And my favourite breakfast should be eaten on a porch of our country house on a warm summer day.
grease cakes and however many glasses of milk i need to wash them down. (basically fried dough you cut and put jelly in the middle)
I love granola...but on certain days, a good old bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and on very special days, biscuits and gravy......mmmm mmm. great for when you're hungover.
the first meal you eat when YOU get up IS YOUR BREAKFAST. time of day ain't got diddly to do with it. nor with what is best to eat when you do. or at other times throughout YOUR day. the name breakfast means to break the fast, the not eating, that you are doing when you sleep. i've always found noodles and broth to be good, with or without meat, but usualy some kind of protean. sweet stuff and grease are both crap on an empty stomic. it is your blood sugar you need to raise by taking nourishment. and to do this, protien works better and more gently on your inner ecology then do fats and sugars. =^^= .../\...
On the weekend my stomache likes homemade waffles and bacon or sausages, washed down with some strong coffee, or omlettes instead of the waffles with leftover steak and veggies Yuuum. Durring the week it's cereal and a cuppa joe. I like the foodlion store brand corn chex and some organic milk. Some times we have breakfast for dinner because it is our favorite meal...would it still be the most important meal then?
on the weekends = pancakes. usually cereal though. but I like all breakfast food, it is by far the best meal of the day.
Usually I'm not that hungry at breakfast time so I just have a glass of strawberry milk.. but If I'm hungry I usually have some scrambled eggs with it.
I like never eat breakfast, but on the rare occasion that I do, I love omelettes, hash browns and toast.
it used to be strong coffee and a cigarette before i quite smoking. but now i love peanut butter and honey sandwhiches in the morning along with a cup of soy milk. strangly the opposite. my husband is the one with the coffee and cigarette now.
