dirt pudding

1 1/4 lb oreo cookies
1/2 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
3 1/2 cup cold milk
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 16oz. cool whip

crush cookies in food processor. cream margarine, cheese, and sugar untill fluffy. Mix milk and pudding. combine with creamed margarine and cheese mixture. mix well. fold in cool whip. layer cookie crumbs and pudding. ending with cookie crumbs. cover and chill for at least 1 hour. enjoy
