So, I've read that theoretically, pure LSD kept in the right conditions will last forever. Is this correct?

Also, I've heard of "meth based" and "X based" and pure LSD. What are the differences? Would meth and X based be harmful in the same ways extacy and meth are? Is pure LSD a bad choice?

LSD in the right conditions is an impossibility. It would require storage in a vacuum at near absolute zero temperatures. LSD is quite fragile...but left in the freezer it should last for a long time.

What about the different types of LSD? Like I said above, extacy based, speed based and pure. Are those the types of LSD, or am I misinformed? If I'm not, would extacy based and speed based be harmful to your body?

Misinformed. LSD is one specific molecule, usually diluted with distilled water and mixed with a non-psychoactive substance to bind it to paper, in the case of blotters. If you are talking Microdots, they are usually mixed with non-psychoactive binders and fillers to allow it to be pressed.

Well SWIM has kept a vial of liquid LSD in the freezer for over 3 months now and there are no diminishing effects that can be noticed off hand. It's wrapped in tin foil to ensure darkness whenever possible and of course the vial is not exposed to direct sunlight at any time.

After asking around it appears people have had LSD stored for over a year and it was fine potency wise.

    As Nurses stated it's a myth/misinformation.

To add my typing: There is only LSD-25 which is LSD when anyone refers to acid, LSD, blotter, tabs, cid, L and possibly other names.
If you purchase LSD and it comes in anything but: sugar cubes, on certs, in liquid form (one drop = 1 mg in theory) or on blotter then it's possible it ain't LSD. Though, the medium in when you transport LSD can be almost anything.

    LSD is colorless and odorless.

It IS possible a seller may sell you something that is NOT LSD and claims it is.

Yeah, it makes sense...to me at least. In regard that if you put LSD in the freezer, wrapped in tin foil, it would last for quite a long time...but not forever. Stored in a vacuum at absolute zero with no light exposure, it would probably keep forever.

SWIM = Someone Who Is Not Me

I keep my container that's in a constant state of a vacuum a absolute zero available for other uses, else it'd be used for said purposes.

I'm getting an offer of a vial of pure LSD for $300, I'm thinking about saving.
