Shuffle

Isn't it just great when you have your music set on shuffle and the right song, that one that hits the spot, just randomly comes on?

Today I turned my computer on, and the first song to come on was "Sunday Morning", and it was indeed Sunday morning... such a pretty song too...

Suday morning....... sunday morning.....

 

i just put on "candy says"

and shuffle doesnt always treat me kindly...sometimes i think i need a relaxing song, and i get opeth

 

Mine just put on the black angels death song

 

I never use shuffle, for some reason... probably because I've got SO many shitty '60s garage songs on my iPod. I mean, there are some that I love, but let's face it, most of it is pretty bad.

 

i dont like ipod shuffles.

we have one at work, and it plays the same song like.. every 10 minutes.

 

Maybe you need more songs on the thing, Maryanne.

 

I don't have shuffle, I just set my itunes/ipod onto shuffle setting.

Yeah, I just have a regular iPod, but you can put it in shuffle mode. So what's the deal with the iPod Shuffles? Do they only play in shuffle mode?

 

yep. and only 100 songs too.

 

um.. our ipod shuffle can play in .. nonshuffle mode..

and derek, the thing is full. its just psycho.
and thankfully it died last week.

I just have a Lyra. It's my shi-pod. as in, shitty ipod. but it is quite sufficient, and i'd much rather have one of those as opposed to a shuffle. :uhoh2:

 

My CD-player has this wonderful function " random" so i turn it on and ask some question like "what will be this day like?"
and then comes the exact song to answer it
usu i ask Bob and as he's my friend he replies genuinely

you can set the order that songs play in when you set it up in itunes. Then you can set your ipod shuffle to a non-shuffle mode and it will just play it from top to bottom on how you listed it in itunes.

 

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with all of this travesty.

My itunes is on shuffle and it just played three dylan songs in a row.

 

a couple of nites ago shuffle took me through over 80 songs and all of them were awesome. i wuv my iGod

 

We used to have a 60 stack CD player and it was psychic!

We would put it on random - full of CDs, ask a questions and then whatever song played was the answer to our question.

It was eeirly accurate sometimes!!
