Arrested for stems and seeds...

Yes, it is only stems and seeds in which I, a fourteen year old school student be injusticed with the unrelenting penalty of: ten days suspension WITH recommendation of expulsion, and ofcourse, the charges; possession of marijuana. Crazy, eh?!
It was at lunch, a friend of mine wanted some seeds, so I decided I would slip a small bag with ten seeds for cultivating the dark, calamitous cannabis plant which has claimed so many lives and turned so many into drooling drug addicts, dropping from school and performing fellatio for their fix...
The janitor, Bill, somehow saw me slip it under the table and told a teacher... Now, here we are. He and I (as in the guy I gave the seeds to) are suspended for ten days with recommendation for expulsion and must appear for court and all that bullshit that the four-year-too-young-for-somewhat-real-justice has to offer.
I had a roach in my pocket which took the deep, grief-stricken plunge into the abyss of the toilet before we were called down to the office, even though it apparently didn't need to. I was not searched, only the victim whose life I so heinously endangered with the dangerously high number of ten marijuana seeds and three stems was. My parents apparently do not know yet (they were not here when the school called and have not seen the letter I was given to be sent home. A letter will be mailed out soon and the juvenile court system will call soon as well)
Here's an exact quote that I said about the "marijuana" to the old cop who questioned me:
"It's only stems and seeds, the actual pot itself is all gone"

And if you know any way to break the news to my parents without ensuing chaos, do share.

Yeah it's fucking retarded. They acted like it were crack or something. That is how my whole school (including the students, minus the five or six who smoke pot) treat it, which is ridiculous, but there is no way I can tell them that without the thought I am addicted to pot and it's the pot talking for me.
It is a wonder a drooling drug addict like me has straight A's...
But on the serious side, this fucking sucks because I will have to quit for a while because I will be getting periodic drug tests as a means to not expell me.

Well I hate to put it so bluntly cos, but you brought it on yourself by bringing dope(stems & seeds but still dope) to school. That's really dumb, cause it makes it appear that you're either using or selling at school.
On the plus side:
You're smart IQ-wise and will most likely go far in life.
Yeah it's a drag cause you'll have to keep your nose clean for while, but is that really such a bad thing? You most likely have a decent place to live, 3 squares/day, and friends & family that love and care about you.
You're barely past puberty. You got a lot of time left to get high. Lots of people go through school without getting high at all.

 

hey CzarOfSoul, based on reading your first post, you´re a pretty good writer. keep that up, man. especially when you´re at that ripe age in school where writing well can/will get you pretty far. i´ve found that weed can definitely help when writing....

about what happened to you, chalk it up as a learning experience. dont be so careless in the future. believe me, there are far worse things that can happen to you if weed and/or other things are involved.
this is just the first step of other people trying to put their shit on you. keep on doin´ what you feel is right and you wont go wrong.

oh, and you might as well brush up on your rights as a citizen and as a student. just in case ;-)

 

Yeah, having read your post, I could not help but wonder what a cunning linguistic such as yourself was doing smoking such trash. I mean, it's claimed the lives of many who dared tango with the devil. Wait. Oh sorry, I got my propaganda and falsities mixed up with reality.

Good luck though, with your kind of intellect I can tell through the way you communicate, you'll go far. Use your grades as a kind of leverage, if you can assure them you know what it means to be responsible, they MIGHT look at you a bit differently... again that is tragically a long shot.

 

That really does suck, but you should realize that A. As soon as you step into any school in the united states your rights as an American do change! And B. DON'T BRING SHIT TO SCHOOL AND DON'T DEAL AT SCHOOL!
If you would have waited a couple of hours until you where out of school to give the stuff to whoever it was this would have never happened. So let this be a lesson learned! I'd also recommend buying a detox drink and stop smoking until this court shit goes away.

The school can do anything they want with you, but the courts cannot charge you with possesion of marijuana if you didn't have any marijuana. Stems and seeds don't count.

My advise to anyone that choses to smoke: Look up all your rights; your drivers rights, student rights, citizen rights. Now them well, and you will get to use them. When you don't know all of your rights, the fuzz can use that agaisnt you. They are tought special ways to talk to people in order to get what they want. If they get your premission, they can override any right you may have........I learned this the hard way.

how can anyone say this kid is smart?(he might be but no proof was givin in the story) he brought a substance that he knows would get him arrested if he got caught..and he still did and didnt even look around to see if anyone was watching in the area of your drug deal.

Then you admit to a cop there was marijuana in the bag, not to mention some extra visible pieces of herb on the stems already got you arrested along with seeds that coulda gone down as dealing.

Gotta admit you wrote one hell of a story though
