I really dislike the term "beasters," just because it means something different depending on who you're talking to. Examples: "Damn, yo, these beasters are BEASTY, check out all the trichomes!" OR "Weaksauce, these commercial-ass buds taste like miracle grow, definitely some beasters.
beasters, or bcs, mean upper mid-type buds.not quite danks altho some beasters can look similar and get close to danks. That is the definition of them. Period.
from what I hear beasters is all the dirty weed nobody will buy in BC, so they package the shit up and send it across the border.
ive heard beasters as like low grade dro/pretty good mids and ive also heard that theyre they mass produced, fertilizer pumped, and shit, type buds that look alot better than they are.
See, this is the problem I have with the term; 'Beasters' can also mean Canadian bud, and the former use of the word implies that Canadian bud is not that good. Having smoked gear from (almost) everywere, I can tell you that the higher end Canadian stuff is on a par with anything I have smoked in Holland. Certainly not 'dirty weed nobody will buy' As for being fertiliser-pumped; that's a huge generalisation. All my stuff from there has been 100% organic.
noooooo what Im saying is Beasters are dirty ass buds that they sell to suppliers in america from BC. actual Canadian bud verys as Ive seen good, real good, and Ive seen bad shit too. But the actual BC bud that ppl hear about in other places is GOOD grown shit from BC. A joint of good grown weed from british columbia is all you need to get stoned off your ass. Ive never tried weed further passed alberta(sask, manitoba, ontario etc altho I talked to a guy who said he puked off of a joint in ontario, said it tasted like ass and gave him a headache.
There are "beasters" (low grade mids that people try to tax on) and real beasters, which taste like a combination of earthy mids and nuggets, dont have too many seeds, tend to be pretty dense and pretty dry.
Around here they refer the buds from worst to best- swag, middies, beasters A, AA, or AAA (for some reason they like to rate them ?!?), headies, or if it's named brand it's called what it is.
