Roasted Garbonzo Beans (great with beer)

    You take one can of garbonzo beans (you can't use fresh). Drain them. Put them in a bowl and pour on 1/8th of a cup of olive oil and season them however you want (I used himalayan salt, peper and dried cumin). Spread them out on a baking sheet (do not cover with parchment or aluminum foil). Pour the excess oil over them and put them in a pre-heated 450 degree over (I used the convection roast setting so if you don't have that then heat the over to 475).
    Cooking time varies a bit. Mine took 30 minutes and I turned them every 5 minutes (after the first 15). They should kinda look like cornnuts when they're done.
