I guess there is a proposal in the kansas legislature for speeders on the turnpike to have to pay an extra toll when they exit...... anyone ever driven through kansas on I-70, or I-35?? and know what turnpike Im talkin about?? we have two: the I-35 and the I-70 interchange.... now, this congressman wants there to be some way that there would be an added charge on a persons toll who obviously was speeding through the turnpike by the clock in and clock out times on the cards, or the k-tag machines..... how would that actually work??? anyone could go 90 into 70 most of the way, then stop for coffee or gas at the station on the turnpike and keep from paying an extra toll..... it sounds rather ridiculous dontcha think?

i hate tolls.. i between some mountains up in west virginia a couple months ago on this job, and the toll was freakin 7 dollars. whata ripoff.. someones getting rich
