Just float around. I LOVE Asheville. Check to see if anyone good is playing at the Orange Peel. If its a Sunday there is a bar that I believe is called Ebony that has street musicians - real down home chicago r&b out in the streets.

You can't go wrong with Asheville really. Honestly, outside of where I live now, Asheville is my favorite place in the country.

Go to the Biltmore! The house is pretty cool, but the grounds are even better. It'll probably be pretty cold when you go, but still walking around the gardens is awesome no matter what the weather.

gotta get come coffee on the old dubbledecker bus. theres always a show there too. my first time there i stopped by before smilefest had a good time for a coupla days. my van broke down on the way back from the festy and the kids at backfromthedead VW took me in so i could build a new motor. gotto check out particle before bonnaroo so that was cool. now i like to visit folks out in the hills, but i always stop in for a night or two to jam with streetmusicians.

i go to beanstreets for coffee, but you have to sit in the double decker at least once and have a cup. its pure poetry, even if they cant get the coffee right!
