I've got a decent amount of experience tripping on shrooms but none on acid. Sometimes on higher doses of psilocybin (more than an eighth) my trip starts to go in a direction that I don't want it to and I have no control over it. Not a bad trip so to speak just not the best. I've heard that with acid you have more control over the direction your trip takes. Is there any truth to this?
I find since LSD lasts longer that I have more time to prepare for what's coming next. Sometimes it can get out of control like that, but I think on mushrooms it's just insane all at once, I find with LSD I can work with it a lil...
Well it depends, mushrooms are naturual like an animal, you cant really train them, its all out random, sometimes good sometimes bad. LSD is more modern and you can usually handle your self and thoughts, plus, the trip does have sections that you can usually clearly distinguish, mushrooms you dont know what to expect.
I have never had any problem controllin' me trips, but I did notice that LSD tends to me much more random and interchanging.
this cannot be qualified; one is not easier than the other. both of the drugs in question will take your mind places you may or may not want to go. anything else you hear is a result of placebo, in my opinion.
Mushrooms are more safe in the sense that you can only eat so many. It would depend on how much acid you ate other wise i would say acid can get way more uncontrolable than mushrooms.
They are different. LSD is like a glass and steel building, mushrooms are like a wooden house. Although they both amplify what ever is within you.
