if you can just take a trip out to california, and get your certification, & then go back home with the card & your cali weed ... I guess take frequent trips to cali to stock up? I had a friend from there who woudl come with the nicest stuff, & he just brought it on the plane with him is what he said. ...

seriously, is it possible to get approved for medical use (even if you are not from california) & travel to other states with your herb?

I don't believe that you are allowed to travel with your medical marijuana. The ID is only a STATE thing it isn't FEDERAL. Here in Canada the permits are issued by HEALTH CANADA and it allows the permit holder to travel within Canada only with their medical marijuana.

Because medical marijuana is run state to state, you not only have to be a resident of the said state you will be getting a card from, but you can't take medical marijuana to a state that doesn't recognize it as such (a medicine), or deal with a felony charge if caught.

They want to see proof that you are a resident of said state, for legal reasons they have too, or they will be flagged by the feds and shut down.

So no legal pot for you!
Unless you are a patient who lives in a state that has medical marijuana. :bigcry:

Hopefully, one day soon, that changes.
