I had my first last night arty: and after only a week of trying too! It only lasted about half a minute then I woke up, but whatever. I don't really think the tablets and other products out there help much... all you need is a will to do it. But having said that I haven't tried any so I'm not sure. I always dreamed a lot anyway.

PS... the Tablets wont GIVE you a lucid dream, but they will definatley HELP you .... there is an ingredient in them that Aids in Dream recall, helping you REMEMBER your dream when you wake up..... Also it will make your dreams more vivid and colorful.... I was kind of skeptical too.... untill I tried them out ... My Girl friend LOVES these tablets too.. she takes them more than I do......
theres this thing where u twitch ur finger slowly up and down while laying there going to sleep and ur supposed to fall asleep doing that and somehow u can lucid dream and the day i heard about it i tried it that night and had my first lucid dream i tried to fly but couldnt but for some reason i knew i was in control lol but i havnt done it since just becuz nothing significant happend if i had flew i would prolly be doin it all the time lol

Perhaps a tablet could do something, but it's certianly not necessary. Anyone who abstains from drugs and sleeps enough and uses some of the induction techniques should have no problem.
i haven't tried the tablets, but i do have a fat sack of calea, and it really works-as a dream awareness aid-doesn't work if you smoke a bunch of pot or stuff yourself before bed. best to be as clean as possible, and run a mile or so an hr before you smoke it and go to sleep.
I've smoked the Cali too... I tried both the plant... and I got a 15X extract.... I had good results with my dreams... I didn;t really dig the taste though.... That is What led me to try these dream boost pills, I noticed it was one of the ingredients... and I know that the Cali produced results by smoking it so i figured it would work this way too....
