whats with u pple ?

theres so many aggressive pple in here, it really doesnt seem like a hipforum.
i was also a member of it (or rather "guest") before they changed the settings and all and it was the same. whenever someone posts something, they can never be sure theres not gonna be someone to say "oh u're dumb so shut up".
i have also seen stupid yet huge fights with pple who were apparently havin the time of their life insulting others.

whats the point of bein aggressive? i wanna kno.

i couldnt care less really, and i can see that pple are gonna tell me "if u dont like what im sayin then beat it", but id seriously wanna kno who are the pple here who genuinely mean to be nice to others. i can think of a couple already, even tho i dunno them that much, but yea. state your name in front of the class.

well yea agreed. then i probably had the wrong idea but i have the impression a lot of pple love insulting others here. altho they are supposed to be a lil more than 13... i dunno, its just disappointing

 

I enjoy a good dig as much as the next guy. I think boys are just more aggressive and competitive.

Especially when there are a plethora of beautiful girls (like yourself) watching.

every discussion board, like evry community has people who are more agressive and judgemental than others. just like every message board and every community has new memebers join it that are flamboyantly idiotic and don't fit in with the rest of the group (i.e. hard line, right wing christian fundementalist who posts about how all the other users are going to hell for not repenting every single day, and voting bush)

frankly this board doesnt have half the elitism as any of the other discussion boards i've joined. and the 'hip' arguement is used all the time to quell conflicts...so i say,...get over it. your not gonna find any place much better so instead of compalining, why not contribute in a positive way, to negate all the negativity you sense?

 

yo, we arent all liek that. have you looked around really well? we take advantage of the fact that this is a free speach site. jsut because it says its for hippies doesnt exactly means we are all like, "oh peace man. you caled me a bitch? i lvoe you! *hugs*" we defend ourselves too...

oh well.. i thik you need to ease up. I LOVE THIS SITE!

well i was just commenting on something ive noticed

just for the record, i happen to be a very active member of another forum and yes, there are pple who start hateful threads and all, but all the regulars (and we're numerous) are fundamentally nice and non aggressive to newbies.

now i understand all your comments and i appreciate that u answered me and all. i am perfectly cool about it all tho, so dont think ill go all aggressive as well just cuz some pple are dumb on this board, cuz i wont

 

i forgot to say : what kinda threw me off was simply that some pple were bein aggressive, and that non of u regulars would say anything about it. i dunno, when i like posting somewhere, i wanna keep it neat, and i'd try to make new pple stay and feel welcome by tellin them "hey dont listen to that freak who insulted u, we're cool pple"

not all guy compete I never do I get on well mainly with females as I find their conversations interesting plus you get some great make up tips, I had this really nice shade of orange nail polish put on me once its really relaxing getting your nails done lol

That "Hippies" are supposed to talk freely and as lovely as can be expected, but the truth is there is a lot of ppl that I feel are trying to intimidate rather than get to know anyone.
