Listen to this. I was on the bus home from school today, when the driver, who speaks with a slight Russian accent, passed where someone wanted to get off. I don't even think it was a real stop. So, the girl who wanted to get off starts yelling at the driver, telling him to turn left. The driver stops and begins to talk to her. Meanwhile, people in the back are heckling him. They yell stuff like "LEFT! Turn left!" and one guy says "Are a legal immigrant?" Meanwhile, one person asks another "Why can't they get drivers who speak f**king English?" Just letting everyone know where today's society is at.
Well, seems as if things have improved since I was in school! I once started a boxing match on the school bus, which turned into a royal rumble haha, everyone got to talk to the police! Lots of broken glasses, and plenty of punching
Sounds like a bunch of rude suburban kids... My bus driver used to have a permanent name of "limpdick" when I used to live by snotty rich kids. They don't appreciate anyone or anything.
Yeah. I live in the heart of suburbia. I would say that most of the people living near me are white, middle to upper middle class kids trying to live the "thug life" extolled in gangsta rap. The irony is that my town is about 95% white. You go two or three miles southeast, the number is closer 60%. Isn't de facto segregation great?
Sounds like a unch of rednecks to me... Someone made a racist comment yesterday at work yesterday, and I would have said something but I was in too much shock to think about what to say, except to another employee, "Man, i can't stand racist rednecks. They are such douchebags".
What's up with the whole new gangsta thing in white suburbia. At times I think that it's too hilarious to be true... but man... how the hell did all the white kids get to that?
I fail to see the racist comments... The driver should know English before he has to work with the public who're English speakers. In my opinion, I don't think anyone should emigrate unless they can speak the native language of the country, especially in jobs that work with the public. It's not racist. It's common courtesy.
The driver did speak English, he just had a slight accent. Besides, my main annoyance was with the arrogance of the hecklers.
White people are always copying blacks but never get it right, e.g. black people invented funk (very cool) and whites attempted to copy them with disco (not cool).
How can disco live up to George Clinton? It can't. No sir. I guess Chuck has a very good point... I think that the only people to succeed doing it were the Beastie Boys and John Stockton.
