I'm really worried. My daughter is 9 weeks old and she usually always eats every 1.5 - 2.5 hrs on the dot, but today she didn't seem to want to eat. It was a fight to get anything in her tummy. She ate just fine in the middle of the night and all morning, then she went from 2 to 5:30 without eating but she seemed hungry, I just couldn't get her to eat. Then she went from 5:30 to 9 and that was a struggle to get her to eat as well. What is going on! I'm stressed out and worried.
I called her doctor and she had me come in to make sure she doesn't have an ear infection since she just got over a cold. She said that she must still be getting over it b/c her ears are fine. I don't think it's a nursing strike b/c she won't take a bottle either. I feel a little better though since I took her in. Her doctor said not to worry about it b/c she will get her appetite back eventually.
