Reckon it's got to be Stalin for me. The pure, self-indulging, personality based, non-ideological, coldly calculating dictator. He was so good at his job, he killed people and made them love him for it. It was, perhaps, an accident that Stalin rose to power in Soviet Russia. He could have taken any ideological system in any country and manipulated it for his own gain. Stalin's top trumps for me....
