I am sure he will be pardoned. He was just a fallguy anyway. That doesn't make him any less of a criminal, though, either.

 

He will probably fake a medical condition and get house arrest out of which he'll exit after a couple of years because everyone will forget what it was that he did.


OR he'll skip bail, become a hippie and lead the revolution.

He will not serve a day. It will be interesting to see to see how creative the Bush administration gets on this one. Lay (Bush'es largest campaign contributor) supposedly died. I am sure he is relaxing in an oceanfront condo in Acapulco or wherever he decided to hide out spending the money stolen from Enron. Just so happens he was cremated too.

yes, if he is sentenced to anything, it will be one of those country club prisons more likely then not.
