Back in the good old days of the late 70s and early 80s and during the advent of the anti-tax and anti-debt movement that started in California, people were actually upset about $100 hammers being used in the military. The latest war is now approaching half a trillion $$$ and the national debt is far greater than anything in the early 80s. Yet, not all that many seem to be complaining about it and most politicians haven't made it a campaign issue. ???

I think the government should set up a lost and found in Iraq.
LOST: 3 cargo plane loads of cash. Thats right pallet after pallet of U.S. currency, to be used to pay contractors, local workers, etc...
Cant remember the exact amount, but it was in the billions.
    FOUND: not yet.

Almost makes those $100. hammers look like a pretty good deal.....
