I would think that most guys entertain the thought within a half hours or so. If you are suggesting that the masturbation quotient remains at about the same level after the introduction of a vagina or two, I for one, would adjudge you correct. I've even done what you suggest myself - felt the need to exert my own influence on myself! Of course, the more fastidious among us will probably see no need for such exertion.....
