ok so heres my problem, i have read all posts, but nothing seems to explain my situation!

i dried my pot (plant 2 of 3) for about 4 days by hanging, it was ready for curing... then i put it in an airtight container... but i went to comb it around today and it feels kinda soft!!!!

this is the first time i have tried curing, beginning to scare me!

oh by the way, its organic oudoor hairy bitch

some pictures to show what it looks like!

i couldnt wait so i have hung the big buds up again, and left some smaller buds in the container to test!

surely someone else has had this problem???

You didn't read Ranger Dangers' post about curing where he correctly says to dry it in a paper bag . Get it out of the airtight container RIGHT NOW ! You are making moldy weed. After you get it out, read the rest of the posts about curing weed; it aint rocket science but you are screwing up good weed. Think about it; if you have it in a hermetically sealed airtight container there is no place for the moisture to go.

yeah but the thing is.... it doesnt feel like there is any moisture.... they are just soft!!!

and also its kinda crispy on the leaves.... i am starting to think that maybe its just the stickyness and crystals

i hung it up last night now its back in the container!

lol... stop hanging it up and put it in a paper bag. After a few days in the paper bag, then move it to a jar, dont forget to open it up daily.

its been my experence to hang it to dry until you bend the stem and it snaps. It should bend a little then snap then you can put it a airtight jar opening it once a day for the next two /three weeks after that your cure is done. enjoy

    Bingo!

The paper bag is just one way. It can be hung in a dark cool area and it will dry just as fine. Depending on temp and humidity drying can take a week.
